easter

We had a little Easter/birthday (more on that tomorrow) celebration a couple of weeks ago when my family was out here for Conference. We had an Easter egg hunt in my grandparents backyard where I had my special hunts when I was a little girl. The same backyard where I had our wedding reception, and the same backyard where I spent every summer growing up.

Liam kind of caught on to the hunt, but it was mostly about getting the eggs in his mouth. Better luck next year. We've had a great Easter weekend with Matt's mom who is visiting and being able to spend time with her and celebrate the real meaning of Easter.

We are so grateful for the knowledge of our Savior and His sacrifice for us so that we can all be together forever again.
