Happy Summer to You!

This summer has been a blast so far. It’s been full of starting a new job at Novell, Matt getting into the Construction Management program, Disneyland, spending time with friends and family, many hikes, a trip to Arizona, fireworks, the 4^th of July, my birthday, and more fireworks. My family came in town for the 4^th of July and my birthday. We had a great time jet skiing, going to the pool, playing Ticket to Ride, spoiling our nieces and nephews, and being together!

For my birthday dinner we had everyone who was in town over to my Grandparent’s house. During dinner the conversation turned to memories of me and things my family liked about me. When it was my grandma’s turn she shared how much she loved Matt and how handsome and good he was. I’ve been replaced, but who can blame her?
